Purpose & Overview

Balanced Breeze Financial (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers two membership-based programs — the Ledger Lounge and Bookkeeper in Your Corner — designed to provide educational bookkeeping guidance and community support for small, service-based business owners.
These memberships do not include done-for-you bookkeeping, tax preparation, or legal services. They are educational in nature and intended for early-stage or DIY business owners.

Payment & Cancellation

• Memberships are billed automatically each month through Squarespace checkout.

• Cancellation requires at least two weeks’ notice before your next billing date.

• Payments already processed are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

• If a payment is declined or missed, access to all membership materials will be paused until payment is resolved.

Confidentiality & Discretion

We respect your privacy. All personal and business information shared through either program is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed outside Balanced Breeze Financial except as required by law.
Please note that Telegram, Zoom, and Squarespace are third-party tools — while we take care in choosing reputable platforms, we cannot guarantee their security or data handling practices.

Information shared through our memberships is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as accounting, tax, or legal advice.
You remain solely responsible for your own bookkeeping, compliance, and business decisions.

Conduct & Community Standards

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive environment.
Members agree to:

• Participate with kindness and professionalism

• Avoid promoting or selling products or services within the community

• Refrain from sharing screenshots, messages, or recordings outside the membership space

We reserve the right to remove any member whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the spirit of these programs.

Intellectual Property

All written materials, recordings, templates, resources, and other program content are the intellectual property of Balanced Breeze Financial.
Members may use these materials for their own learning and internal business use only.
They may not be shared, sold, or distributed outside the member’s immediate household (spouse or child) without written permission.

Technology Disclaimer

Balanced Breeze Financial is not liable for interruptions, errors, or technical failures caused by third-party platforms such as Squarespace, Telegram, or Zoom.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure smooth access but cannot guarantee uptime or platform performance.

Content Usage

By participating in these memberships, you grant Balanced Breeze permission to use anonymized questions, feedback, or comments — with identifying details removed — for educational, promotional, or training purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balanced Breeze Financial and its representatives are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses resulting from the use or interpretation of information provided through these memberships.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for implementing all guidance and for your own financial outcomes.

Termination & Fit

Balanced Breeze Financial reserves the right to end a member’s participation if the program no longer aligns with their business needs or behavior violates these terms.
If your business outgrows the scope of your current membership, we may recommend a transition to a higher-tier service.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
